This information is for all customers who have ordered (or will order) Outlook or Dimensions tickets and are expecting to receive them in the post. We are processing all orders for delivery from week commencing Monday 23rd July.
We send all tickets by Special Delivery; someone will need to be present at your shipping address to sign for receipt of your tickets otherwise your order will be taken back to your nearest Post Office holding depot for you to collect. Please be advised Special Delivery items are kept for one week only before returning to sender. Make sure you keep your tickets safe upon receipt, we do not issue replacements for lost or stolen tickets.
When your tickets have been placed in the post, you will receive an automatic email from us with your Royal Mail tracking number; to make sure you receive this information have @leedstickets.com saved in your safe senders list. You can use the Royal Mail tracking number at any time once issued for information on delivery on your order.
If you have not received your order, or notification that your order is awaiting collection by 17th August, please email email@example.com to inform us. Include your order number and Royal Mail tracking number in this correspondence.
If you ordered your tickets as e-ticket and did not receive your confirmation email with e-ticket PDF attached, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and request a reissue.
